Had quite a number of glitches in the conforming clothing, and found mesh errors in the pants. So had to re-do several pieces today. All items except the background and hair are by me. Hair is NanaBoy Hair by 3DZone. Software used: Blender3D with ManuelBastioniLabs plug-in, Shade 3D, Poser Pro 11.
Oh also, some folks prefer to use transmaps to create the illusion of modelled geometry, which is possible, but in my case, I juse went straight for the actual geometry to produce the look.
